Session cookies are deleted after you close your internet browser.
Permanent cookies serve to store your preferences (e.g. the language of the website) across several visits to our website, i.e. even after you close your internet browser, or to enable automatic login. Your rights
Upon request, we will inform any data subject whether and, if applicable, which personal data concerning them is being processed (right to confirmation, right of access).
Upon your request:
To make such a request to exercise a right described in this section, for example if you no longer wish to receive e-mail newsletters from us or wish to delete your account, please use the corresponding function on our website or contact our data protection officer or an employee as indicated under Company, or via the contact form.
If we do not comply with a request, we will inform you of the reasons for this. For example, we may lawfully refuse deletion if your personal data is still required for the original purposes (for instance if you are still obtaining a service from us), if the processing is based on a mandatory legal basis (for example statutory accounting requirements), or if we have an overriding interest of our own (for instance in the case of a legal dispute against the data subject).
If we assert an overriding interest in the processing of personal data against you, you have the right to object to the processing nevertheless, provided that your particular situation, compared to that of other data subjects, results in a different balancing of interests (right to object). This could be the case, for example, if you are a person of public interest or if the processing creates a risk of you being harmed by third parties.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, for example in your country of residence or at the registered office of swiss made software (right to lodge a complaint).
